Please note: I don't work with under 18's or couples currently. 

Initial Session

50 minutes - £25 (9am-5pm) or  £30 (6pm-8pm)

Before we decide to work together, it's important to assess that it's safe, ethical and appropriate.  An initial session gives us the opportunity to introduce ourselves & get to know one another a little better. You'll have the chance to ask me questions about the way I work, and get a sense of whether I'm the right person for you. There is no obligation to continue.

Individual Session

50 minutes - £50 (9am-5pm ) & £60 (6pm-8pm) 

Consessions* for NHS / Emergency Services / Students (*with ID)

One to one, 50 minute counselling session at a mutually agreed time, usually each week on the same day & at the same time. This can be online using video conferencing, by telephone or *face to face (*subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, absences and missed appointments, with less than 48 hours notice given will incur a fee of 50% of the session rate. This payment is to be made before the next session.  I only charge half as I understand that sometimes unavoidable things happen with short notice. Outside of this, no charge will be made. Unfortunately, appointments which are missed entirely without notice, even if due to forgetting or confusion over dates, will be charged at the full rate.

How to pay

Payments can be made by bank transfer. Payments are made prior to a scheduled session.
